I do not have a set commission rate; everything in real estate is negotiable, including my fee. For a listing with a comprehensive marketing plan, I typically charge 3% of the sales price. For a listing with less marketing work required, I may drop my fee to 2.25%. I offer quality service for all of my listings, no matter what the commission fee ends up being. I will work with clients to find a fee structure and marketing plan that works well for them.
